Decedent Charlotte Sievers was killed in an automobile accident occurring on a public highway in Malheur County, Oregon, on the 21st day of January, 1958. Her administrator prosecutes this action under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C.A. §§ 1346(b), 2671 and 2674.
