This is an action brought by plaintiffs, appellants and cross-respondents Kenneth Wayne Johns, a minor, by Dovie Johns, his guardian ad litem, for personal injuries to Kenneth, then aged about 4 years. Plaintiffs claim damages in the sum of $150,000, and the minor's mother and father, Dovie Johns and Coy Johns, seek damages for $10,000 for loss of earnings and $15,000 for medical expenses.
