This is an appeal from a judgment for the plaintiff in the sum of $5,000 general damages, $5,000 punitive damages, and $150 special damages for malicious prosecution. The plaintiff previously had brought an action against the same defendants for false imprisonment. That action was tried to an earlier circuit court jury and resulted in a verdict and judgment for the defendants.
