The entire controversy here is between the defendants. Before trial it was stipulated that the plaintiff which had commenced this action to foreclose its mechanic's lien against all defendants, was entitled to decree and judgment as prayed against all defendants in the sum of $8,966.17, with interest from October 23, 1958, and to foreclosure against the described real estate.
