This action is brought by a Regional Director of the National Labor Relations Board on behalf of said Board and the motion to dismiss the same as not being brought by the Board itself is overruled. If improperly brought it could easily be amended. It is brought in behalf of the employees of Burlington Industries, Inc. in an effort to enjoin said defendant from liquidating its Rossville plant, the employees having at an election held for that purpose...
