The plaintiff in error, defendant, was indicted for armed robbery, tried and convicted and sentenced to serve ten years in the State Penitentiary. The verdict of the jury was approved by the trial court and the defendant has now appealed to this Court and assigned certain errors, including one to the effect that there is no material evidence to support the verdict and that the evidence preponderates against the verdict and further that the defendant...
