Southwestern Indemnity Company brought suit against Cimarron Insurance Company for the recovery of certain sums of money which it had lost because of the machinations of Jerry K. Rymer who at one time was a recording agent for both companies. The findings of a jury were generally favorable to the plaintiff, Southwestern, but the trial court rendered judgment non obstante veredicto that plaintiff take nothing.
