Appellant is the plaintiff in an action brought by her against respondent to recover damages for personal injuries. She appeals from the judgment entered upon verdict of the jury in favor of respondent.
Appellant makes three assignments of error. Only one of them has any substance whatsoever. We will first treat of the other two.
