This suit was brought by the husband for a divorce on the ground of desertion. He also sought custody of the children. The wife denied the charge of desertion, stating that she was forced to leave the home on account of her husband's cruel and abusive treatment and his habitual intoxication. By way of cross-complaint, she asked for a decree of separate maintenance and support for herself...
