Order entered on April 28, 1961 denying the application of the surety company to punish the Comptroller and/or the Treasurer of the City of New York for contempt for failure to comply with an order remitting a forfeiture of bail, or in the alternative, directing the Comptroller or the Treasurer of the City of New York to turn over the sum of $1,500 paid by the surety upon such forfeiture of bail, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
