SNEAD, Justice.

Regina Lee Bedget, an infant, instituted an action by Virginia Lee Bedget, her mother and next friend, against James Harvey Lewin to recover damages for injuries she suffered while a guest passenger in a vehicle driven by her father, R. G. Bedget, which collided with an automobile operated by Lewin. A trial was had on April 21 and 22, 1959, and at the conclusion of the evidence plaintiff moved the court for summary judgment on the issue of negligence...
