This appeal is from an order denying an application for a writ of habeas corpus.

On November 20, 1958, in the district court of Reno county, petitioner, being represented by counsel, entered his plea of guilty to the charge of attempted burglary in the second degree. The journal entry of the judgment of conviction reads in part:
