Alex Klotz, the appellee, herein referred to as plaintiff, filed his bill in equity in May, 1958, against his wife, Frances Klotz, the appellant, referred to herein as defendant, in which he alleged that he and his wife had entered into a partnership agreement for the operation of a junk business in the city of Fredericksburg; that marital difficulties had since arisen between them resulting in their separation, and making it impossible for him...
