Ralph D. Hilton and Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company instituted a suit in equity against Jewel Tea Company, Incorporated, to obtain contribution from Jewel as a joint tort-feasor after Nationwide had settled claims for personal injuries and property damage resulting from an automobile collision. Respondent demurred to the bill and also filed a motion to strike and dismiss it. By decree entered January 26, 1960, the demurrer and motion were sustained...
