This is a proceeding pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act for an order granting a review of the determination of the Commissioner of the Department of Mental Hygiene in refusing to rescind an order of such Commissioner dated March 26, 1954 which order transferred the petitioner, Clarence Gomillion, from Hudson River State Hospital to Matteawan State Hospital.
