A. W. Gregg is the owner of an oil and gas lease on .42 acres in the City of Pharr, Hidalgo County, Texas. The tract is approximately 75 feet wide. Delhi-Taylor Oil Corporation and Mayfair Minerals, Inc. (herein called Delhi-Taylor), own the mineral estates in lands surrounding Gregg's lease.
