This is a mandamus suit instituted by Summit Fidelity and Surety Company against the Police Jury of Rapides Parish, in which relator seeks a judgment commanding the respondent to pay to it the sum of $2,500. Respondent filed an exception of prematurity, an exception of no cause or right of action, an exception of "mistaken remedy," and an answer.
