This was originally an action solely for divorce, instituted by the appellant. Respondent filed a general denial of the charges made and also a cross-petition for a decree for separate maintenance. Thereafter respondent also filed a motion for alimony pendente lite and for counsel fees pending the action. Upon a hearing of the motion the Court sustained it, allowing the respondent $400 per month temporary alimony and $1,000 attorneys' fees...
