SLOAN, J.

Defendant, and two others, were indicted for larceny from the person. ORS 164.340. Defendant was tried separately and convicted. This appeal is primarily directed at the court's failure to order a directed verdict of acquittal. The assignment complains basically of lack of evidence to show that defendant aided and abetted one of the other defendants in the crime charged.
