Gouker (defendant or appellant), a former police officer of Baltimore County, charged in an indictment with a conspiracy to commit armed robbery, was convicted thereof by the court sitting without a jury and has appealed from the judgment entered on the verdict. The robbery was actually committed by two brothers — Albert and Alton Moyer — who were indicted for armed robbery and were convicted...
