This is an action to enjoin certain acts of trespassing on property located in the City of Jonesboro. Harry Woodall [appellant] and his wife were married on January 9, 1916. Several years after marriage Mrs. Woodall inherited a number of parcels of land from her father and mother, both of whom died intestate.
