In May, 1956, appellant sold and delivered to respondent a quantity of seed potatoes at an agreed price of $1,500. On June 1, 1957, the parties entered into a written contract which provided that respondent would plant, cultivate and harvest Russet potatoes on 25 acres of his farm near Gooding, Idaho; that such potato crop be harvested at respondent's expense and be delivered to appellant
