Appellant, as plaintiff, filed her petition in the court below to recover damages from alleged personal injuries due to alleged negligence on the part of the appellee construction company and its agents. The court sustained a demurrer to the petition upon the ground that the petition did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action against the defendant company, and the plaintiff appeals...
