This is an appeal from an order of the County Judge's Court which denied a petition to revoke the codicil to a will.

The appeal was taken after the expiration of 30 days and prior to the expiration of the 60 day period. Consequently, we have held up disposing of the instant case during the pendency of two cases before the Supreme Court wherein the question for decision was whether or not the appeal period from an order in the Probate Court...
