This is an action by plaintiffs, husband and wife, for the recovery of damages resulting from personal injuries sustained by Mrs. Shaw in a motor vehicle collision. Named as defendant is Globe Indemnity Company, insurer of an ambulance owned by its insured, J. S. Williams Funeral Home. The collision insurer of plaintiffs' automobile, Louisiana Fire Insurance Company, intervened, seeking recovery of amounts paid to plaintiff Shaw in satisfaction of damages...
