The plaintiffs herein are twelve individuals who reside in the City of Shreveport, Caddo Parish, Louisiana. The relief which they seek is the abatement of an alleged continuing violation of the comprehensive zoning ordinance of the city, being Ordinance 184 of 1957, as amended by Ordinance 65 of 1959.
