Berry Rahn be enjoined from obstructing or in any way interfering with the plaintiff's use of a lane abutting land, consisting of two adjoining lots in Springfield, which he had purchased from the defendant on February 8, 1956. He alleged that, as shown by an attached plat, referred to in the plaintiff's deed, the land was part of a subdivision...
