This is a suit by plaintiffs, husband and wife, against defendants for property damage and personal injuries arising out of a collision between the automobile owned and operated by plaintiff-husband and the automobile owned by defendants, Joy L. and Aaron J. Tolbert, and insured by All State Insurance Company.
