The Ludke Electric Company filed its suit in the County Court of Warren County against the Vicksburg Towing Company in which it demanded judgment in the sum of $1,421.35 alleged to be due it because of an order given it by the Vicksburg Towing Company, for certain parts of a pneumatic propulsion control to be used aboard the M/V Ouachita.
