PER CURIAM.

At the trial defendant stipulated that a policy of insurance in the amount of $500 was issued and delivered by it on 7 September 1959 on the life of Angeline Rhinehardt, that insured died 29 November 1959, and that the premiums were paid to and including the date of death. Plaintiff then introduced the policy and rested.

Defendant introduced evidence tending to show: Insured was a diabetic. She had been treated by a physician for chronic diabetes...
