The plaintiff appealed to the Superior Court from an order of the state water commission. The matter was referred by the court to a committee. This is an appeal from a judgment entered on the acceptance of the committee's report. Practice Book § 177. The plaintiff did not file a motion to correct the report; id. § 171; or exceptions to its acceptance. Id. §§ 174, 175. It did not seek to have included in the report any claims of law...
