By libel filed November 8, 1957, libelant alleged that on December 26, 1956 he was an employee of the Imparato Stevedoring Corporation and was injured while engaged in loading operations aboard the USNS BLUE JACKET, a vessel owned and operated by the United States Government. Libelant further alleged that said injuries were due to the unseaworthiness of the vessel, its appliances and appurtenances and to the negligence of the United States...
