The action was brought by Davis against The American National Bank of Denver seeking judgment for the value of certain furniture, fixtures and equipment located in premises known as the Baker Hotel in Denver. The case was tried to the court without a jury and at the close of plaintiff's evidence the court sustained a motion to dismiss the action.
