Before us is the Report of the Special Master, Leslie S. Bowden, Esq., filed January 24, 1961, determining damages, and the exceptions thereto, filed March 6, 1961. This is what I hope will be the final step in a patent litigation of long standing. It turns around the Letters Patent No. 272,148 issued to Ralph R. Reading on October 18, 1955.
