This is an appeal by Miles Warner from an order of the Court of Quarter Sessions of Delaware County requiring him to pay the sum of $80.00 per week, "together with all sums which may be paid or incurred by relator for necessary medical care and attention", for the support of his three minor children, Robert, Sally, and Thomas, aged at the time of hearing, ten, eight, and six years respectively.
