This eminent domain case is before us on plaintiff's motion for a new trial following a verdict in their favor in the sum of $130,000, with no damages for delay. The property involved was condemned by defendant, the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County, on December 11, 1958. After the condemnation, a board of viewers placed a value on the property of $131,250. Both sides appealed to this court from the award of the viewers, but...
