Shirley Robertson, doing business as Shirley Robertson Trucking Company, and Carl Archie Stanley, have appealed from a judgment in favor of Dan Eggink in the amount of $120,000 in an action brought by the latter to recover damages for injuries suffered as the result of an automobile accident.
