This appeal is from a judgment entered for the defendant, Hudson, after the trial court had directed a verdict for the defendant. The case had been instituted to recover $66,000 allegedly due under a contract dated September 25, 1950, whereby the appellant was to receive a commission of $5.50 per ton upon 12,000 tons of steel, to be manufactured and delivered to Hudson by Industrial Forge and Steel Co. of Canton,...
