Tenants appeal from an order dismissing their petition in a proceeding, brought pursuant to article 78 of the Civil Practice Act, to review a determination of the Rent Commission. Landlords' application for a rent increase had been granted, in the over-all amount of $13,310.64, under the fair rent return provisions of the Emergency Housing Rent Control Law.
