PER CURIAM.

An information was filed in Municipal Court of the City of Des Moines charging defendant John F. Kious with the offense of failure to yield the right of way to a pedestrian in a crosswalk, in violation of section 321.257, Code of Iowa, 1958, I.C.A. He pleaded not guilty, was tried and found guilty by the court and sentenced to a term of 30 days in the county jail. See Code section 321.482, I.C.A.
