The question to be determined in this appeal is whether a teacher in the public schools falls within the general provisions of the Workmen's Compensation Act, Ark. Stats. § 81-1301 et seq, and if not, does such teacher come within the purview of Act 462 of 1949, which provides compensation for the employees of the State of Arkansas, its agencies, departments, and institutions, for injuries arising out of and in the course of employment...
