This is a suit in tort by Thomas Lyles, Jr., the petitioner, against Aetna Casualty & Surety Company, Esaw Brown, General Building Maintenance Corporation, and Joe A. Rich, in solido, for damages resulting when the minor child of petitioner was struck by a vehicle driven by defendant Brown.
