This is a suit by the payee of a note in the amount of $1,680 dated July 8, 1957 against the co-makers, Grady E. Black,1 Mrs. Grady E. Black (his former wife), and V. M. Fueston. The latter two parties appeal from judgment holding them liable in the amount of $1,393 (the unpaid principal), together with 8% interest and 15% attorney's fees as provided by said note.
