By indictment, Howard Nolan Wootan, Donald Arthur LeCuyer, Harry Simons, Bernard Michael DeLisa and Gene Lawrence Clothier, were accused of conspiring to commit forgery in violation of sections 182 and 470 of the Penal Code.
