This is a zoning matter on appeal from an order of the Board of Adjustment of Tredyffrin Township, a second class township, allowing a variance under the Tredyffrin Township Zoning Ordinance of 1939, as amended, to permit, inter alia, the use of a vacant lot, owned by intervenors, Richard A. Whiting and May W. Whiting, for the erection of a single family dwelling.
