This is an action for a declaratory judgment commenced by Commercial Credit Corporation for the purpose of determining the rights of certain parties in a trust fund. The lower court determined that Morvay's assignee, Redfield, and Matthews were entitled to the substantial part of the fund, and that Commercial Credit Corporation was not entitled to any part thereof.
