Defendant, Samuel T. Miller, Jr., has filed preliminary objections to the amended complaint of plaintiff, John Koch, doing business as Central State Supply Company. Plaintiff is the operator of several downtown parking lots in the City of Harrisburg, Pa. On July 2, 1959, one of plaintiff's customers, Samuel A.
