Tortuguero Logging Operation, Ltd., sued George W. Lyles and John T. Barrow for breach of a contract to extract timber from certain Costa Rican lands. Reagan Houston, III, Independent Executor, was substituted as a party for Lyles, now deceased. Plaintiff obtained a judgment on a jury verdict for $14,874.97, and interest thereon, from November 15, 1948, in the sum of $10,098.08.
