This is a workmen's compensation case. Claude Taylor, an employee of McGeorge Construction Company, on June 8, 1958, collapsed while on a company job, and died from a heart attack. His widow, Mrs. Flo Taylor, sought compensation benefits for herself and two minor children. Three hearings were held before two referees, and the last of the referees denied the claim, finding that Mr. Taylor's death was not the result of an accidental injury occurring...
