On February 9, 1960, Mrs. Mozelle McLean, a widow, leased a resort tourist lodge located on Texhoma Lake, known as HiLand Lodge, to Mr. E. G. Hillman under a lease contract for a period of three years beginning on the 1st day of March, 1960 and ending on February 28, 1963.
